We do not supply only single soap machines, but also Complete Soap Finishing Lines. By pooling our single machines, we can supply Customized Small Soap Finishing Lines, as you can see in the examples below.
We can studied customized solutions as per Customers requests, also for small extruders for Toilet WC blocks / Rim blocks and small extruders for Modelling Clay and Modelling Dough. Upon request we can supply customized soap finishing lines with different configurations.
BASIC Simplex 80 Soap Finishing Line
It is the cheapest line, suitable for beginner producers or companies that need small quantities of sample soaps for their laboratory. Capacity up to 25Kg/h of extruded soap. The line consists of:
- Soap Mixer M-15
- Soap Extruder SE-80 SIMPLEX
- Shaping Plate for the soap extruder
- Manual soap press MSP-500
- One customized soap mold
PLUS Simplex 120 Soap Finishing Line
The PLUS simplex-120 line is similar to the BASIC Simplex-80 line but more performing. Suitable for beginner producers or companies that need to produce medium quantities of soap bars but with heavier weights. Capacity up to 75 Kg/h of extruded soap. The line consists of:

ADVANCED Duplex 120 Soap Finishing Line
We studied this line for beginners soap manufacturers and for companies that need to produce high quantities of soap bars. Capacity up to 150 kg/h of extruded soap. The line consists of:
