Machines for Solid Shampoo Bars / Coditioner Bars
During the last years many companies started the production of solid shampoo bars and hair conditioner bars. This because solid shampoo bar is appreciated by the end user for different reasons: effective costs, natural ingredients, travel friendly and eco-friendly. The trend of solid shampoo bar production is continuously growing and many companies ask us machines for making solid shampoo bars and solid conditioner.
Thanks to our experience gained in testing numerous solid shampoo formulations with our machines, we developed a series of machines studied for shampoo bars manufacturing. There are three mainly ways to produce solid shampoo bars and conditioner bar:
  1. Starting from solid shampoo base, in form of noodles/flakes, like Stephenson SYNDOPAL.
  2. Hot Process starting from SCI (Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate) in powder or granules, that is the mainly ingredient for solid shampoo bars, and adding additives and perfumes.
  3. Cold Process starting from SCI (Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate) in powder or granules, that is the mainly ingredient for solid shampoo bars, and adding additives and perfumes.

1. Shampoo Bars / Conditioner Bars manufacturing from SYNDET NOODLES (like Stephenson Syndopal)
In this process the syndet base (like Syndopal) and the other ingredients, are mixed by means of a Special Mixer heated by electrical heaters or turboflow. After the mixing stage the solid shampoo base is homogenized and extruded in continuous long solid shampoo bar, that is cut by hands or by means of the automatic soap cutter. On request the cut solid shampoo bars can be stamped by means of the soap stamping machines.

2. Shampoo Bars / Conditioner Bars manufacturing from Powder/Granules + additives by means HOT PROCESS
Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) and other surfactant/ingredients are melted and mixed by means of a Special Mixer heated by electrical heaters or by turboflow. After the mixing stage the shampoo base is homogenized and extruded in continuous long shampoo bar, that is cut by hands or by means of the shampoo cutting machine. On request the cut shampoo bars can be stamped by means of the soap press PSP.

3. Shampoo Bars / Conditioner Bars manufacturing from Powder/Granules + additives by means COLD PROCESS
Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) and other surfactant/ingredients are mixed by means of a Mixer, without heating. After the mixing stage the shampoo base is refined 2 or 3 times, by means of our extruders and using a mesh, to amalgamate very well the ingredients. The product is extruded in continuous long shampoo bar that is cut by hands or by means of the EPC-60 automatic soap cutter. On request the cut shampoo bars can be stamped by means of the soap presses PSP.
