Small Soap Making Machines, as well as Pilot Soap Machines are designed for soap making. These Small Soap Making Machines are designed to mix soap noodles with fragrances to extrude small soap bars and to produce soap samples.
Soap Noodles, fragrances and colour are mixed in the Small Soap Mixer. After the mixing the soap base is ready to berefined and extruded by means the small soap plodder (also called small soap extruder). The extruded bar is cut and stamped by means the small manual soap press or the Pneumatic Soap Stamper to produce soap samples.

Small Soap Making Extruders
Our Small Soap Making Plodders are developed to refine soap noodles and to extrude a soap bar.
The Small Soap Making Extruders can be simplex or duplex and can be supplied in different sizes, depending by the Capacity of extruded soap bar.
We also supply Small Soap Making Machines as per customer specifications.
Small Soap Making Mixer
We supply 2 sizes of Small Soap Making Mixer, to mix soap noodles with fragrance, color and additives used by soap makers.
Our small soap making mixers are useful for soap manufacturing with small batches of soap noodles.
Small Soap Making Stamper
We supply two models of Small Soap Making Press, manual soap press and pneumatic soap stamper.
With our Small Soap Making Machines is posible to produce toilet soap samples up to 150 grams and soap bars with different shapes.
We also supply customized die-set (soap molds) with 2 or 3 cavities and customized soap shape & logo stamped on the soap bar.
Small Soap Making Plant
This saponification plant is developed for soap making of small batches of soap, starting from oils and soda solution.
The produced soap base can be tested using the Small Soap Making Machines (soap mixer, soap plodder and soap press).
